Golden Globe, Andrew Stanton's
Wall-E also picked up the
BAFTA Award for Best Animated Film.
Persepolis and
Waltz With Bashir were the other two nominees in that category. These last two films were also in the running for Best Film Not in the English Language.
Nick Park's latest Wallace and Gromit short,
A Matter of Loaf and Death won for Best Short Animation.
