The Golden Globe Winners were
announced on January 11th.
That
Wall-E won for best animated feature is no big surprise, since, as Emru
pointed out, "when Pixar gets things right, it's perfect".
The nice surprise was that
Waltz With Bashir won for Best Foreign Language film. Last year,
Persepolis was nominated in the same category. Maybe animation is starting to leave the ghetto – at least when it's not in English.
